CODE ORANGE ON THE EL

At around 12:00, police were alerted to a suspicious package in the track area along the El at York-Dauphin Station. A "code orange" was activated as service was suspended between Berks and Huntingdon while an investigation was initiated. The package was reported to be a black backpack, which was later proven to be empty. The station re-opened at around 12:35.
