The 311 bus - aka the "Commonwealth Breeze" - will be eliminated on September 3 due to low ridership and cancellation of funding from Montgomery County. The 311 - along with the 310/Horsham Breeze - originates at the Willow Grove Park mall in Upper Moreland, then operates to the Commonwealth Corporate Center in Horsham Twp via Horsham Rd. Peak hour only service on the 311 had been reduced from half-hourly to hourly service during the February picking.
